This gorgeous holiday home is one of the best Florida villas, near Disney World, is situated in the luxurious Cumbrian lakes gated community in Kissimmee.

This beautiful area is a haven of peace and serenity, with leafy streets lined with majestic oak trees, shading you from the eternal Floridian sun.  It’s a quiet, residential area within driving distance of Kissimmee’s town center and a Walmart for food shopping. There are numerous well reviewed restaurants in the popular vacation town, including popular Italian restaurant Romano’s Macaroni grill, and a traditional steakhouse.

The villa is a mere 20 minute drive from Disney World Florida. The resort has several theme parks and attractions. The flagship Magic Kingdom park is divided into six areas; Main Street, U.S.A, Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, New Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. Epcot is a 300 acre park divided into Future World and World Showcase. Disney’s Typhoon Lake is a water park where you can surf 6 foot waves and snorkel with real sharks, or just try the water coaster! The Animal Kingdom is home to 1,700 animals from 250 species, and sprawls majestically over 500 acres. The Hollywood Studios area gives you a taste of movie magic, letting you see behind production scenes. The Blizzard Beach Water Park is known for its free falling waterslides and fountain parks.

After dark, why not head to Disney Downtown, a special area featuring boutiques, a Disney cinema, and entertainment including la Nouba – an exclusive performance by Cirque De Soleil – and DisneyQuest, an electronic indoor play area featuring virtual reality, 3D encounters and classic video games from the past. The House of Blues plays rippling live music while serving up mouth-watering Cajun and traditional southern cuisine.

Closer to home, there is a children’s play area in the community and five public golf courses nearby, including the Mystic Dunes golf course, rated a 4 1/2 star course by Golf Digest. The glorious golden Daytona beach and the white sands of Clearwater beach are within easy reach and are a great place to spend the day, with sun, sea, sand, as well as nightlife, entertainment, restaurants and open spaces for everyone to enjoy. The nearby Kennedy Space Center is another hit, offering encounters of the third kind with Astronaut lunches, where you can meet space going heroes like Wendy Lawrence, Bob Springer, Charlie Walker and Winston Scott. You can also partake in interactive experiences and explore galleries depicting strange new worlds, before lunching in the Orbit Café.
